Shipping Information

STANDARD DELIVERY/HANDLING CHARGES

We ship to all U.S. destinations, including APO boxes, as well as Canada. For information on Shipping to Canada, please scroll down. For most U.S. orders, we prefer to ship UPS Ground. However, some orders may ship via USPS at our discretion to improve delivery service to you and to keep shipping fees down. If we can't use your address for USPS service, please indicate that in the comments section of the Checkout page. FREE shipping on orders that total $100 or more. Our shipping rates and any restrictions are listed below.

Note: Free shipping applies to U.S. domestic orders that total $100.00 or more. If you are using a coupon code that brings your order total below $100.00, then you will be charged the applicable shipping rate. Orders for overweight items will be excluded and will be noted on the product page.

Most orders are processed and items are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of an order. Add 2 - 3 more business days for personalization orders. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping days. To estimate your delivery date, add the delivery time for the shipping method you select to the 2 days needed for order processing. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen, the season, and your distance from our fulfillment center in Illinois.

We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day, and 2-Day shipping options. We welcome orders to APO addresses. Most purchases are shipped from our Illinois warehouse by UPS ground service to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. However, to keep our shipping rates as low as we can, we may ship your order USPS Priority Mail. Your order will still arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Although our site is not set up to handle international orders other than Canada, we can ship to customers other countries offline. Please email us at service@chocolatecakeclub.com and we can give you an estimate of the shipping cost.

There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

UPS 3-Day Air Service
We can arrange for speedier delivery by UPS to most destinations for a flat charge of $16.50. (If we receive your order by 3 pm CST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Friday.) Note: 3-Day Rush service is not available for some oversize items, bulk orders of heavy wooden items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

2-Day Air Delivery
We can arrange for rush delivery by UPS to most destinations for a flat charge of $28.00. (If we receive your order by 3 pm CST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Thursday.) Note: 2-Day Air service is not available for some oversize items, bulk orders of heavy wooden items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses. If your order is larger or heavier than our average orders, additional shipping charges may apply. We will notify you of the additional charge and discuss your shipping options before filling your order.

CANADIAN/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to ship products to customers outside of the United States! However, our site isn't set up to handle international shipping fees so we need to do this offline. Interersted in placing an order? Let us know via email (service@chocolatecakeclub.com) which items you wish to order and a shipping address. We will then send you a quote for the shipping fee. We ship all international orders via USPS. If you want to proceed with the order, we can send you a Paypal invoice for payment or you can call us with a credit card number. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Chocolate Cake Club, Inc. our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we feel sad. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, up to 60 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 60 days from receipt of purchase.* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:

Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.847.963.1805 or via email at service@chocolatecakeclub.com. Our team is available by phone Monday thru Friday from 9 am- 5 pm CST. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
